The Dollhouse Tearoom & Event Space
Located at 111 West Court Street in historic downtown Seguin, TX; The Dollhouse Tea Room is an elegant place to spend the afternoon. Our English-style high tea experience features carefully curated teas from around the globe including enthusiast favorites such as our Crème Brûleé and White Champagne Raspberry selections.
We proudly offer house-made traditional European-style scones served with clotted cream and jam. For the savory portion of our menu we serve delicious seasonal salads and soups, vegetarian quiche and vegetarian tea sandwiches. Our delicious pastries are made in-house and are an assortment of both English and French styles with beautiful pops of color and inventive flavors!
The tearoom itself is a beautiful space fitted with antique furniture, whimsical portraits and gilded mirrors. It’s the perfect place, whether for an afternoon tea with friends and family or as a venue to host your private event!

Do I have to order a package?
Every item on our menu can be ordered a la carte, packages are not required.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are encouraged to secure your time slot and ensure that we have all menu items for every guest. Walk-ins are accepted on an availability basis.
Is formal dress required?
Of course not! We encourage guests to enjoy the experience whether in an evening gown or their daily attire.
Do you offer discounts?
We do! We currently offer a 15% teacher and student discount with proof of valid school ID during Thursday service only.
Do you have gluten-free options?
We do! When making your reservation please mention to us the number of gluten free guests so we can prepare an assortment, the gluten-free option is only available to reservations who have mentioned their food allergy when booking. Please note that we need a 7-day lead time to make gluten free pastries so while we normally take reservations within 24 hours of service, we need more lead time to make gluten free pastries.
Is there an age limit?
We serve guests of all ages, from tiny tots to experienced connoisseurs! Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times. Though we have a very fun environment we do ask that children be respectful of others looking for a quiet tea experience.
Is there a maximum party size?
We serve parties of up to 14 guests for regular tea service. Any party larger than 14 is a private party and MUST complete a large party booking request when reserving. If your party size is more than 10 we require at least 24 hours notice of additional guests. If you have a large party and we either don’t get 24-hour advance notice of additional party guests OR if your party would go beyond our max size (14 people), we will NOT be able to accept the additional guests for tea as part of the same party. They may be seated and served separately, however. This is both a limitation of our antique tables that can be combined and our service staff being able to coordinate synchronized service.
